Fun & upbeat atmosphere. Clean place. Staff friendly. Went during the week midday perfect time for a toddler. Plenty of play space and games to enjoy.

If I could give ZERO Stars I would. After being there for over an hour one of the workers walked past the playground area stood there and asked if the kids without wristbands were my kids. I told her yes but I wasn’t given any wristbands when we purchased the playground area just the grip socks. She just stood there and looked at me like I was in the wrong. Then walked away. Came back a second time and told me my kids had to get off the playground because they didn’t have wristbands. Once again I told her it wasn’t mine or my kids fault they didn’t do their job. After being stared again like I was the one in the wrong I told them to give me a refund for the playground and we would leave. My husband went up with the manager they found our transaction WITH the purchase of the playground did not apologize for treated us wrong. While we were walking out the original worker decided to talk smack about us and lie telling everyone the manager kicked us out. We will NEVER be back. Horrible customer service and horrible management!

They have horrible policies and non exisent customer service both in store and the corporate level. If you have issues with needing a refund or post void they can't help at all. I do not recommend giving them your money. this place might be good for kids but not worth the hassle if there are issues.

The yearly membership is a great deal for Moms who need a little break , if you have kids that love to have fun and run around and still be safe!! My daughter loves it there and she invites a different friend each time. (Which I'm ok with cause it doesn't break the bank)

Horrible! The employees - RUDE; Disrespectful; Glare at you nonstop, after you caught them clearing away your table & throwing your food into a trash can, FYI there was a Purse, 2 drinks/personal items on one of the benches!; make you feel VERY uncomfortable, so much so that your children NOTICE their attitude, muttering very unprofessional comments just loud enough for you and your children to hear them & be FRIGHTENED & WANT to leave! But if that's not bad enough for you, HOLD on to your Lysol because YOU WILL need at least 4 cans of it after going into the restrooms NO JOKE Disgusting Bathrooms. SEE PICTURES Packed to the 10thdegree, elbow to elbow on a Saturday. Sunday was not much better. We went on both days. Each day, we had numerous issues with staff, service, machines and food. and of my I'm were My sons liked some of the newer games, the modern rideable rides, my 5yro loved the Mario Kart - sadly one of the 2 racing stations had a paper sign taped on the screen stating "loading" please wait for management ! so he was constantly interrupted by kids trying to 'play' on his game! 🤬 These kids were running around with food, pizza in their hands and mouths, gross!
